Include your macOS version, TinyTodo version, what you expected and what happened. Please leave out passwords, sign-in codes and private task content.
Where can I download TinyTodo?
TinyTodo is currently in private beta. Public download details and pricing will appear on the product page. The current build requires macOS 27 or later.
Do I need an account?
Your local list works without an account. Cloud sync and AI connections are optional and become available when you sign in with Apple in the Mac app.
Why didn’t my reminder appear?
Check that TinyTodo is allowed to send notifications in macOS System Settings → Notifications, and check your Focus settings. A reminder belongs to a task occurrence. Repeating a task and setting a notification are separate choices.
How do repeating tasks work?
The current task stays visible. After you complete it, the next occurrence appears at its scheduled time. TinyTodo keeps one unfinished occurrence instead of adding duplicates while a task is still open.
My tasks aren’t syncing.
Check your connection and that the app is signed in to the intended Apple account in Settings → Sync. Offline edits retry when connectivity returns. Sign-out shows a separate local list; sign back in to return to the account’s list. Save a backup before reinstalling or troubleshooting storage.
How do I connect or disconnect an AI client?
Start with the connection guide. Manage existing connections in TinyTodo’s Settings → Sync, or on the connection management page.
How do I export or delete my data?
Open Settings → Data & backup for backup and export options. See Manage your data for account deletion, retention and recovery details.
