Let a supported AI client help you with the list you keep on your Mac.

Enable cloud access by signing in with Apple in the Mac app. Client availability and connection settings depend on your AI provider and plan.

Start on your Mac

Open TinyTodo’s Settings → Sync and sign in with your Apple account.
Open AI connections to find setup instructions and the MCP server address.
Add TinyTodo in your AI client’s connector settings. Use automatic OAuth client registration if offered.
Sign in with the same Apple account and read the requested permissions before approving.

What can a connected client do?

Depending on the permissions you approve, a client can read tasks and recent changes, create or complete tasks, and edit, reorder, reopen, delete or restore them. Clients cannot delete your account. Connections made before expanded permissions were introduced need fresh consent to use the additional actions.

Try a small request

“Show my unfinished tasks.”
“Add a task to review the draft tomorrow, with a reminder at 9.”
“Mark ‘Review the draft’ as complete.”

A reminder is one notification. A repeat creates the next occurrence after completion. Repeated notifications on the same unfinished task are not supported.

Current client testing

Apple sign-in and the original list, get, create and complete tools have been tested with ChatGPT, Claude and Codex CLI. Expanded management actions are still undergoing live acceptance testing. This is not a promise that every MCP client supports TinyTodo.
